Happy for the Little Things
Rooted in tradition, my pottery is wheel thrown, hand built, and shaped from start to finish by the patterns, colors, and textures I gather from the world around me. Layered color slip creates depth, while freely made marks capture movement and moments in time.
At the heart of my work is a love for making from scratch, keeping busy hands and finding joy in the process. Each piece is made with the hope that it brings a little of that joy with it - something useful, something beautiful, and maybe something that makes you smile.

Pardon My Garden Vases are a metaphor for all that I am and try to be. Each form is coil built without too much thought about the outcome and simply appear as they are. Just like me.
